I would just like to say that my Wife and I have just taken Delivery of an Orbit Pegasus Pro Tandem from JD Cycles. We both felt it necessary to say how overwhelmed we were at the level of help and service we have received from all the staff we had contact with. Nothing seemed too much trouble and having ridden road bikes for over 30 years i personally have never experienced service to match this.
We took delivery of the Tandem on Saturday the 20th June and had our first ride on the 21st, I have to say it was a fantastic ride and I should imagine it will be the first of many with the C2C already being discussed.
A big thank you to all the Staff who helped us out, anyone thinking of purchasing a Tandem should most definitely speak to JD first.
