Nursing dented pride and gravel rash after rather undignified commune with mother earth when front tyre blew out
on Dawes Galaxy twin…
Ironically had just fitted kevlar belted tyre and reckon may have nicked the inner tube.
Have any other members had a similar experience and if so any advice on keeping in a straight line.
Once tyre parted from rim we felt at mercy of the almighty till hit the deck.
Fortunately we travel on relatively quiet roads !
Many thanks to G2 outdoors of Aviemore who rescued us and bike with their van .
