Record attempt at mens tandem LEJoG

The mens tandem record for LEJoG has stood since 1966. Two of our customers are attempting to break this record, setting off at 5.45am on Saturday morning the 30th June.

They will be riding a Santana Beyond tandem supplied by us for the challenge. The record attempt is called The Magic Wand Tandem Challenge and is named after the charity we are supporting.
The conclusion
They didn't beat the record, but they did finish in a time of 58 hours and 46 minutes. Well done to Dominic Irvine & Ian Rodd.
